Return & Refund Policy

At Odyssey Bass Vintage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the unique nature of vintage and second-hand items, please review our return policy carefully.

Return Window

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns

• Items that are significantly not as described
• Items with undisclosed damage or defects
• Items that arrive damaged during shipping

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after the 14-day window
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the buyer
• Items where the buyer simply changed their mind (unless otherwise stated)
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at returns@odysseybass.com with your order number
2. Provide photos of the item and any issues
3. We’ll provide a return shipping label if the return is due to our error
4. Ship the item back in its original packaging
5. Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
