At Odyssey Bass Vintage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the unique nature of vintage and second-hand items, please review our return policy carefully.
Return Window
You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
- Items that are significantly not as described
- Items with undisclosed damage or defects
- Items that arrive damaged during shipping
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the buyer
- Items where the buyer simply changed their mind (unless otherwise stated)
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at returns@odysseybass.com with your order number
- Provide photos of the item and any issues
- We’ll provide a return shipping label if the return is due to our error
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
